Welcome to 1 Digital marketing plan, operated by TAWG Creatology Pvt Ltd ("1 Digital marketing plan," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our digital marketing services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided:

Pet Marketing Masters offers digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO optimization, PPC management, social media management, and content creation ("Services"). The specifics of the Services will be detailed in our Service Agreement.

Client Responsibilities:

• You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of the Services, including access to relevant accounts and platforms (e.g., website, social media, advertising accounts).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information related to your accounts and platforms.
• For PPC campaigns, you will provide your own budget for advertising spend, which will be managed by 1 Digital marketing plan as part of the Services.

Service Agreement:

The Service Agreement outlines the specific details of the Services to be provided, including timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Any modifications to the Services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Payment Terms:

• Fees for the Services are as outlined in the Package Details and are payable monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment is due within 3 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
• Recurring payments will be processed automatically using the payment method provided by you, unless you opt out or cancel the Services as per the Cancellation Policy outlined below.

Intellectual Property:

Pet Marketing Masters retains all intellectual property rights related to any materials, templates, or strategies developed or provided as part of the Services, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of the Services.
• Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or becomes publicly known through no breach by the receiving party.

Limitation of Liability:

Pet Marketing Masters will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the provision of the Services. Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services during the [number]-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure:

Pet Marketing Masters will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Miscellaneous:

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Pet Marketing Masters regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
