4. Term and Termination

• Term: This Agreement is effective upon signing and will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
• Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Any prepaid amounts will not be refunded except as outlined in the refund policy.
• Termination by Service Provider: The Service Provider may terminate the agreement with written notice if the Client fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including payment terms.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all information disclosed during the term of this Agreement and not to disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

6. Limitation of Liability
