Refunds are only eligible if there are no signs of progress within the specified period of 90 days. Progress is assessed based on key performance metrics such as ranking improvements, audit results, and overall performance metrics.
Refunds will not be issued for any account showing measurable progress as per the agreed metrics. Claims for dissatisfaction or quality that are not supported by the lack of measurable improvement will not be considered for a refund. Cancellations due to late payments or failure to comply with the payment terms.
Clients must submit a written refund request within 10 days after the 90-day period has ended. The refund request should include specific reasons and evidence demonstrating the lack of progress. The Service Provider will review the refund request and assess the progress based on the predefined metrics.
The Service Provider will review the refund request within 15 business days. If the assessment confirms no signs of progress, the refund will be approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.
Partial refunds are not available. Refunds are only issued for the full amount of the service fee for the eligible period.
Accounts reactivated after a week of cancellation due to non-payment will incur a setup cost of INR 999. No refunds will be issued for such reactivations or cancellations.
